SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER AT W5 SOLUTIONS IN ÄLMHULT

We are now looking for one or more experienced and driven senior project managers. In this role, you will lead and drive projects within the product areas of power supplies, simulators, batteries, and chargers. You will be a key person in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.

Project management will take place both nationally and internationally, giving you great opportunities to work closely with our customers on various projects. You will be part of a competent team of project managers who have a commercial and technical focus and take pride in delivering according to customer expectations, with the right quality and on time.

As a Project Manager, you are often involved right from the bidding process together with sales, you initiate the project and together with the product manager, you set the system architecture before you, along with the entire team, develop and deliver according to customer requirements.

In the team, you have access to competent engineers, purchasers, and production staff, where you yourself take on the role of team captain and lead and coordinate the project from start to finish, through planning, task distribution, and follow-up.

You ensure that the project meets customer requirements and expectations, manage the project budget and resources effectively, and identify and manage risks while implementing measures to minimize them.

YOUR PROFILE
Those who take on this challenge are likely educated engineers or have equivalent practical experience as project managers. You are used to working in the manufacturing industry, preferably in an international environment. Furthermore, you are confident and self-sufficient in the demanding work and possess good technical knowledge in areas such as electricity, mechanics, and automation.

Your good business sense is a given, as is your experience in driving and completing projects according to set budgets and timelines. You are naturally driven and have the ability to create structured conditions for yourself and the team to achieve successes and good results together. As a person, you are self-sufficient, communicative, and enjoy working in a team.

You are driven by achieving goals and have several years of experience leading and completing projects. Furthermore, you have good social skills and are passionate about coaching and developing your colleagues to their full potential. Of course, you also have good administrative skills and enjoy working systematically and efficiently.

We require a B driver's license as business travel may occur, both within and outside Sweden. You speak fluent Swedish and English; other language skills are a plus.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position is a permanent employment with direct employment at W5 Solutions, located at their office in Älmhult. We apply individual salary setting where a fixed monthly salary is included as part of the employment terms.
